DESIGN - COOKIE CUTTER RENTAL TO CUSTOM ABODE
DESCRIPTION
We were engaged by our clients to redesign their luxury apartment rental's basic high-rise great room. The unit was a standard high-rise luxury condominium with incredible Manhattan and Hudson River views. Our clients wanted a modern take on a traditional aesthetic. By combining classic furnishings with fresh modern accents and lighting, we created an eclectic mix that is timeless yet current.

FROM PLAIN TO POLISHED
This great room is now full of personality. The various textures add interest and a cozy feel. The dining and living areas are now clearly defined. The comfortable dining area is the perfect place to drink a cup of coffee or, tea while catching up on some morning reading. Meanwhile, the comfortable seating, ample surface space, and various lighting pieces create a welcoming space perfect for relaxing watching Netflix or, entertaining a group of friends and/or family.
